Digital Products (eBooks, PDFs, Downloads)
- All sales of digital products are final.
- Due to the nature of downloadable files, once a product has been purchased and delivered electronically, we cannot accept returns, issue refunds, or provide exchanges.
- By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
Exceptions
Refunds may only be considered in the following limited circumstances:

Duplicate Purchase – If you accidentally purchase the same digital product more than once, please contact us within 7 days of purchase, and we will review your request.

Technical Issues – If you experience difficulty accessing or downloading your product, we will work with you to ensure you receive your files. If we cannot resolve the issue, a refund may be issued at our discretion.
