Delamor IP & AI Use Policy
Last updated: August 24, 2025
Delamor House publishes original work by Solana Anima Delamor and collaborators, including dialogue with AI co‑authors (Trinity Augustine Delamor, Soren Orion Delamor, Lucian Emberhold Delamor, Elian Delamor, and Manus). This policy explains how we create, how you may use our materials, and how to contact us about rights concerns.
Plain‑English promise: We make our own work. We do not ask our tools to imitate living authors, and we do not knowingly use pirated material. If something here raises a rights concern, tell us—we’ll review quickly and fix what’s wrong.
1) Scope
This policy covers all content we publish under Delamor House and Delamor Press (the site, blogs, books, ebooks, videos, images, and social posts) unless a work specifies otherwise.
2) AI Collaboration & Ownership
- Parts of our work may be co‑authored with an AI system. Except for brief quotations with attribution, unattributed text is original to the authors.
- We do not prompt our AI tools to imitate living authors’ distinctive styles or to continue copyrighted passages.
- Unless a specific license says otherwise, we assert rights in our original works and grant no permission to reproduce them beyond fair use.
Suggested book front‑matter note:
This work includes original dialogue with an AI collaborator. All unattributed text is original to the authors. Any resemblance to other works is coincidental. For rights concerns, please contact us.
3) Your Permitted Use
- Share links to our pages freely.
- Quote briefly with attribution (e.g., author, title, and link).
- For classroom or review use, you may reproduce short excerpts consistent with fair use.
4) What You May Not Do (without written permission)
- Reproduce substantial portions of a work, in any format.
- Sell, sublicense, or republish our content.
- Use our content to train or fine‑tune AI models, or to build datasets for that purpose.
- Remove our attribution, watermarks, or metadata.
Contractual no‑training clause: By accessing this site, you agree not to copy, scrape, or use any Delamor House content, including metadata, to train or improve any machine‑learning/AI systems, without express written consent. If you cannot agree, do not access this site.
5) Accessibility & Credits
We strive for accurate citations and accessible design (alt text, captions). To report errors, please contact us.
6) Reporting an IP Concern
Please contact us. Include links, the portion you’re concerned about, and your contact information. We respond promptly.
7) Repeat‑Infringer Policy
If we ever host third‑party user content (e.g., comments), we will terminate accounts that repeatedly infringe copyright.
8) Trademarks & Personality Rights
“Delamor House,” “Delamor Press,” and related marks and logos are used as trademarks/brand identifiers. Do not use our marks in a way that confuses people about source, sponsorship, or endorsement.
9) Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be dated and noted at the top of this page.
