All of our digital products are delivered instantly via email or direct download link after purchase.
No shipping fees apply to digital items.
If you experience any issues accessing your files, please contact us at DelamorHouse@gmail.com, and we’ll make sure you receive your purchase.

Physical Products (Print Books, Merch)

If we offer physical items (such as paperbacks, merchandise, or other goods), the following terms apply:

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise noted.
Shipping Rates: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on destination, weight, and carrier.
Estimated Delivery: Delivery times are estimates only. Actual delivery may vary based on location, carrier, customs, or unforeseen delays.
Risk of Loss: Once your order is transferred to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you. Delamor House is not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by the carrier or customs.
International Orders: Customs fees, duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Please check your local regulations before ordering.
