  • All of our digital products are delivered instantly via email or direct download link after purchase.

  • No shipping fees apply to digital items.

  • If you experience any issues accessing your files, please contact us at DelamorHouse@gmail.com, and we’ll make sure you receive your purchase.

Physical Products (Print Books, Merch)

If we offer physical items (such as paperbacks, merchandise, or other goods), the following terms apply:

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise noted.
  • Shipping Rates: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on destination, weight, and carrier.
  • Estimated Delivery: Delivery times are estimates only. Actual delivery may vary based on location, carrier, customs, or unforeseen delays.
  • Risk of Loss: Once your order is transferred to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you. Delamor House is not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by the carrier or customs.
  • International Orders: Customs fees, duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Please check your local regulations before ordering.
